Yes, I am renewing my vows! Just arrived at winter home in FL on Friday afternoon, been busy unpacking, cleaning, and getting ready for the next 6 months. So I am renewing my vows in several areas:
Get 2 walks a day - or one 30 min. walk and ride recumbent bike for 30 min.
Weather permitting, get 60 min. of water aerobics.
Stick closely to food plan with lots of freggies.
Eat only when sitting - no sampling when cooking!
Resist foods I should avoid at parties and dinners!
And I did well on these points today, so am off to a good start!!!
And my new resolve is to take more ME time to read books and watch old movies!
(I rarely watch TV)
