Final day of frequent eating! I kinda want to celebrate by fasting tomorrow then eating 1 huge meal at night... but that sounds horrible :-P But seriously I may do this a couple days a week unless I know something I'm eating for dinner is going to use up some calories. It's difficult to eat like this every day, but it's nice to eat hummus as a night time snack (or any snack) and stay under your caloric range.
1230 - soup - 340
2 - pb&j - 300
4 - pizza tortilla - 250
530 - popcorn chips - 60
8 - Rotini & Meatballs - 500
930 - Apple - 100
Today I walked a 5k in 44 minutes. I think my last walking 5k was 48 minutes and something. My *running* 5k in August was 43:30. I power walked my first mile in 13 minutes and 50 seconds. If the guy I used to be in July was there today, I'd be very remorseful to pass that 16 minute per mile runner while walking. I may have even walked in the opposite direction before I passed him. This should hopefully mean that my running 5k is faster, I almost beat my old time walking it. :-P
Tomorrow's weigh in hopefully takes me out of the 280's FOREVER, not just for another few days before I return to that number next weigh in. I'd love to see 277, but 278 is fine too, it means I lost the gained weight from last week. 275 would make me happy dance :-P
Next week is my 5k (Tuesday), tomorrow I time my mile! Hopefully more progress awaits!
