This is an easy blog to write , it should be named "Been there Done that " ... I had to make the decision to make the changes. Life smacked me and well it was either do something or just die. I was 366 pounds . I didnt know where to start or how to even do it with my physical abilities . I had more excuses as what not to loose weight than Carter has liver pills.
I started out with reps to the restroom .. when i could do that with no pain or out of breath I would walk around the apartment building 1 time 5 times a day ... then i got to 5 around 3 times .. then Leslie Sansone Dvd's then one mile walks .. then before I had surgery I could walk 6 miles in one outing..
This all came after a very en depth physical . What I can tell you .. is that beyond else you have to attack the process with everything emotional, physical and spiritual. You have to want it more than any chip or french fry taste good.. you will cry, you will get mad, you will have humilation , you will wont to stop but you will also become strong, confident, intelligent and so much more than you could ever believe ... but you have want it , believe it, sleep it , it has become everything then one day not so long off ... it is just your second nature and when you cant do it because life got in the way for a short time you miss it and morn for that loss.. So no you are never to heavy to change you are just to scared to.
