Recently I have been loosing weight and lost inches without really tracking or feeling like I'm on a Diet.
I am realizing that it is because I started having bi-weekly delivery of a basket full of organic veggies and a couple of fruits.
The effects are
1_ I eat so many veggies! they just taste better and are so fresh that as soon as I get my basket I cook up a storm, divide everything in three 1 portion to eat that same day, one left over and one to freeze
2 I no longer stick to the same foods, since the farmer picks the fruits and veggies in season and changes them often, I even discovered new squashes and veggies!
3 I feel more "full" apparently the quality of the soil gives the food better nutrients and the salad I eat is actually my main course because it fills me up right away.
4 I make less trips to the grocery store and therefore spend less money.
Sparking starts in the pantry for sure!
