FFF Challenge Week 1

My two goals for this challenger were to drink 8-10 glasses of water each day and to stay within my calorie range as well.

What I got out of this article is that you have so many different types of exercise for everyone. You have to find something that you find interesting to you. There are also so many outdoor activities that you can also enjoy instead of the same every workout programs. I found hiking, rollerblading and mountain biking interesting. These are some things I would never think I could do but now I am ready to try them.

What I got out of this article is that we should remember to breathe when we are working out. Its important to breathe properly during exercise or it will cause you to not get enough oxygen.

What I got out of this article was some great tips to find more time to squeeze exercise into a busy schedule. I know we all have busy schedules but these tips were great. My favorite tip was to do exercises in between commercials while watching my favorite shows on tv.

This article was an awesome article to read because I believe music is important to a great workout. I was able to learn that there are several RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion per beat. You have to coordinate your workout intensity with each song.
