Tracking is the Key

I'm not doing very well right now with 'my program'. But I do know what the problem is - now I just need to fix it!
It's TRACKING MY FOOD. Even when I'm eating things that I shouldn't, when I track my food, I'm AWARE. It helps me to do better the next day or change my meals around so that I have a 'lighter' dinner to compensate for a higher calorie lunch. But when I don't track, I don't REALLY know how bad I've been and I don't KNOW to make adjustments.
I don't know why I'm having such a hard time with it. Part of it is the fact that I'm traveling but I still find time to touch base on Sparks every day. I just need to get over to that tracking page and JUST DO IT!
So - DAY 1 starts again! I tracked my food yesterday and I will do it again today. One day at a time!
