The Dos and Maybes for November

I can't believe it has been a month already where does time go? Where? Life should be settling down into some semblance of normal this month, unless we get more last minutes guests. Not that we were sad to have the last minute guests, because it was really nice to see them. School is going well and I am working setting up my own business. Life is busy and exciting right now.

I was looking at my last Do's and Maybes and I did my dos and one of my maybes. I've been running two times a week. I consider it a success. I've been trying to do WW again and not doing very well with it. I am kind of over it but have one more month of my subscription so I will pig it out until than.

November Dos!

Do keep running 2x a week.
Do keep lifting 2x a week.
Do take a week anything goes/week off from exercise.
Do eat lot's of yummy orange fall veg

Maybe add an extra cardio session.
Maybe start going to yoga class.
Maybe Spark more.
