I made these cookies with some coffee extract to make them mocha. I only baked about half the dough and put the second log into the freezer so we can have cookies anytime.
I was on Facebook yesterday and So Delicious had this whole wheat pumpkin chocolate chip recipe posted. I decided to try the gluten free option so that my brother's girlfriend could enjoy some, too.
I did some runner's yoga this morning and will be heading out for a bike ride with my husband, brother and his girlfriend soon. Then we'll be going out for brunch and sampling the tasty cookies.
Looking forward to a "long run" tomorrow with a friend I met at the Galloway retreat in January.
