WOW! I seriously lost weight this week!

I am still trying to figure out what I did, but I did it, I creamed the scale! I am still doing WW but I have been on the go and not been tracking, but mentally noting that I should, yeah SHOULD be in my range. Woo Hoo! I have a lot more to write but I have to get to a class (educational continuing credits) will finish later!
*Finishing* So yeah, my new pants are baggy, good thing I got them at Ross for 12 bucks or so. At my education class I left home with an awesome 7 point breakfast, took McDonalds oatmeal w/o brown sugar with me 6 points, and a string cheese 1point, and fruit snack 2....Bought a salad for lunch (quite boring!) I will give it 7 points. Still leaves me plenty to get a Skinny Cow sandwich later 4 and maybe soup for dinner 4, Woo Hoo. I even said no in my mind to the doughnuts in the room, mostly cause they looked gross.
