Game Day. Yowza. What a workout!! I like still like it because even though it's a long one, the exercises change up every few minutes. It certainly doesn't get dull nor do you have to repeat anything lucky number three times (Shaun's favorite). I still am having major problems, though, with the mountain climbing section aka pushups. I just don't have the upper body strength needed. I'll need to really work on that.
I was supposed to also do Overtime today, but couldn't fit it in this morning. I will do it tomorrow with Vertical Plyo to fit my schedule instead.
