So I am going to make one here and now. I eat in my car when I drive sometimes!!!!
I know this is not smart, and probably not too healthy. But I do track all that I eat no matter where it is eaten. This is not closet-like eating, nor is it all junk food. It is more a matter of convenience and saving time. I often get so busy in the early morning that I run out of time for breakfast, so I eat it on the way to work, a peanut butter bread or an apple or something similar. This is nonetheless a very bad habit, and I intend to break it! And as long as I am confessing, I might as well say that I drink too much diet soda too. But it goes so well with peanut butter!
SO, this is what I am going to do: no more eating in the car, and I am going to severely limit my diet soda intake to no more than one every other day! There I said it - so that makes it so!
Maybe it is this kind of stupid behavior that has me at a plateau. We'll see!
