Still Maintaining & Even Dropping a Few Pounds

I'm now 7 months into my maintenance and have managed to drop a further couple of pounds since the end of March. I still faithfully enter my food on a daily basis into the nutrition tracker as I find the discipline necessary to keep within my suggested calorie range. I've also maintained my level of exercise as I shift from spring / summer activities into fall /winter ones. I played golf for the first time in years and liked it enough to go three more times before curling started. I think I have another sport for next spring/summer when I'm in town on Tuesdays! Dragon boating twice a week has been replaced by curling four times a week plus gentle fitness and pilates classes twice a week. I'm debating whether I can dragon boat competitively next year which would involve a ramped up level of physical fitness and a big time commitment to paddle and work out. Humm...it would certainly be a huge challenge for me but not sure it would be fair to my husband. I need to think about it some more obviously.
