Thanks again to everyone who commented on my previous blog. I wanted to make my way around to say thanks individually, but it's been a busy week and I haven't had much time to spend on SP.
But, never fear. I have continued to stay within calorie range since Monday. I have schlepped to the Y two days this week for circuit training, kickboxing, group strength,and Zumba. And I did manage to lose a pound this week, which is a nice surprise. In order to meet my goal of 197 on the 2nd, I have to post a 1.6 pound loss next Friday, which is doable. Any loss next week would be great though as it wold put me at losing 4 weeks in a row!
I do feel a bit better than I did during my last post. Know that I plan to print out every single comment and keep them tucked away in my purse for those moments and days that I start feeling that way again. I still have a hard road to travel, but hopefully each time these moments happen they are fewer and further between.
Last night's workout kicked my fanny. I don't know what was the difference, but I was pouring with sweat after just the group strength. I made it through about half of Zumba at full throttle, but I really had to dial it back at that point for the rest of class. It was so frustraing...my brain wanted to get really into it, but my body just gave up on me. I had a stitch in my side and my legs were just so, so tired...I couldn't make them move as fast as I my brain wanted them to.
I was achy and tired going home last night. And today my right thigh and hip are filing some serious complaints about the treatment they are getting.
It was no different than the two weeks prior except for some slightly different moves in the ST class, so I don't know what was up. And today I am so sleepy and actually feel a little nauseous after my mid-day snack. Yugh.
But it's done and hopefully I can really enjoy the weekend.
