Ok, I went back in my tracker and figured out how much I weighed the day I started the supplement and what I weigh this morning, one full week of taking the supplement 2x per day.
I am down a total of 4.2 pounds. Amazing right? I wrote yesterday that it was only 2#'s but I was looking at the wrong data. 4.2#'s in one week. I know, a lot. Unhealthy levels. But hear this...
I have been eating a minimum of 1200 calories per day, the lower end of my calorie range. I have been getting a minimum of 10,000 steps per day. Yes, more active than before and yes, less intake of calories than before. BUT IT's WORKING!!! and I am following my SP plan.
I am super excited about what next week may bring. I am not expecting another 4 pounds or anything, but to keep losing every day, even at a .2 loss, would be amazing. I am super pumped.
