Invincible & vigilant

Now there ar 2 words that don't normally go together!
The problem with losing weight? You feel invincible! You've got this! No need to record that extra handful of nuts. Why not have a little chocolate? Grab that frozen dinner cause you're pressed for time. Almost no freggies? No worries, you've got this!
Well, that's sort of how last week went. And I was rewarded . . . and I'm not usually rewarded for that kind of behavior.
But I know if I let those unhealthy habits continue to creep in I won't continue to be rewarded. I fully expect an uptick at some pt if TOM arrives. No to mention since it was semi-warm I wore a pretty light dress for my WI.
I've got to be vigilant. A frozen dinner here & there is ok; definitely not every day. My BLTs were recorded, but I know I wasn't honest with myself about the amount -- that's got to stop. And freggies are even more important when you're under a lot of stress.
Here's to a more vigilant week - not because of the scale, because it's the healthy & right thing to do for my body.
