That was fun. Fortunately, the steps weren't very complicated and I know that could change in other sessions, but this was a great way for me to get started.
I also walked about 5 miles today. One mile before and the other four after Zumba. After class, I went down the street for lunch, then walked home. By the time I got home, I was wishing I had some Epsom Salt. Tomorrow I have an hour session with a trainer.
Now foodwise, things could be better. No fast food or fries but peanut butter is loaded with calories and I eat too much. I pass up bread when I go out but I go out too often and don't make the lowest calorie choices.
