Well, so far I've done really well. However, it was through the spring and summer. The fall and winter are the hardest times of the year for me to lose weight. I love my warm comfort foods and I hate going out in the cold. I'm going to have to sit down and make a game plan. I have been getting different recipes from friends and neighbors to help cut calories but I am really going to need all the willpower I can get.
Hopefully, I can stay on track enough to lose at least 1 pound a week. So far I have been losing at a rate of 2.36 lbs. per week since the very beginning (according to the doctors records).
I have a new puppy to keep me busy, so hopefully she will keep me out of the kitchen. I do have a new motto I have picked up...
What does DIET stand for? Did I eat that?
