Goal Met!!!

Last month my doctor prescribed me Phentermine 37.5. I've taken it before but afterwards I ended up resuming my old eating habits and gained half of the weight back. I've learned my lesson!! I started my first pill today and I've never felt better. I know that the pills are only a temporary fix for my weight loss goals. I must learn to fight cravings, eat in moderation and resume a healthy lifestyle once the pills are gone.
Today for Breakfast I had an Atkins Vanilla Shake, Lunch Weight Watchers Smart Ones Spaghetti and Meat Sauce and for dinner I plan to eat another weight watchers meal.
So far I've consumed 3 bottles of water and I have 2 more to go!!
I am energized and ready for my Leslie Sansone WATP Video!!!
I know many people have different views on diet pills. I don't plan to take them forever. Just to jumpstart my diet or until I halfway meet my goal. I don't experience any side effects from the pill except for having a dry mouth. But that only makes me drink more H2O :)
I've been told that the heavier you are the faster you will lose it in the beginning. So I am aiming for a 20lb weight loss by November 25th! I will keep you all posted! emoticon

    Keep up the great work! However, do you want to lose 20 lbs the first month!??! Yes, you lose weight quickly at first (maybe 3-4 lbs a wek), but 20 lbs in the first month is REALLY high. I'd aim for closer to 12 or so.. unless the diet pills cause you to lose even more than what is normal (I'm not sure, I have my own views on them, but hey, it's whatever works for you!)
