Well, I thought I was back on track yesterday. I had a great walk with the dog in the morning, and stuck with my eating plan all day. For dinner, I picked up a pizza for my husband (it was his birthday), and while I was there I got myself a chicken cheese steak wrap - where did that come from. Didn't even consider the consequences!

Today I'm doing better, but I"m really craving something from the snack machine. I have to be good, we have a wedding tomorrow night!

    Don;t be too harsh on yourself - starting fresh and comitting to your plan is the key to move forward!

    emoticon get a grip,make others more important than your dumb whims of junkfood,you are a big girl now... emoticon emoticon only you can control you...if you don't try and keep with the program,then you really don't care what you look like,or if you get fatter......control,priorities,self respect,image.....REFLECT emoticon
