My weight loss group had its weigh in today and, for the first time since we started, I have made major progress. I lost at least a 1/2 inch everywhere, except my chest (where I gained an inch), and I lost just over 2 pounds! I am excited and looking forward to this week.
I am keeping similar goals to those I had last week, but am also incorporating our group goal of trying to either cut or burn 500 calories this week.
I'll try and keep track of things here as well, but I'm not as reliable a blog or even adding my info into the trackers. I will try to post at least once a day here, to keep a log of my activities.
We'll see how it goes!
