I kinda took a break from everything over the past few weeks. No running, no tracking, no sparkpeople...nothing.
I had a lot going on over the past few weeks. I know no excuses. Life just happened. First I got sick while trying to pack up my apartment to move. Then I moved (which I got a great workout moving), then work happened. I just haven't been able to get back in the swing of things.
I'm happy to say that I only gained back 2 lbs in all this craziness. Now to get back on track with everything.
