Yesterday I was in the gym for 1 hour, doing weight lifting, focusing on the form instead of the weight lifted.
For squats, I have been working on the low barbell positioning, and it seems to be going well, but I am still not 100% convinced that I can keep the perfect form; I must practice more in the coming weeks. The weight
For bench presses, I have practiced the correct form, full range of motion all the way to the chest and back up; I have even increased the weight in the last 3 sets. Today I am sore in my arms, and just a little in my chest.
The ultimate purpose is to be able to realize the correct movement for each exercise automatically, without thinking about it. That, of course, takes practice.
