Strength. 50 minutes strength training. Great workout - again!
I have to qualify what I said last time I did this workout. There are a few abdominal exercises that are matched with chest presses. So, when I said that the only ab stuff was working on keeping your core strong for the whole workout, I was mistaken. You do that AND have these couple exercises for the abs at the end. I still don't really feel I'm working my abs that much, but I hear in Asylum 2, Shaun T. has a full 20-minute ab workout to do twice a week. Yay! I can't wait for that!!
