100 lbs. In 300 Days - Day Thirty!

Day 30....

Wow! What a great day! I did my weigh in. I am 10% of the way through my 300 days. I found that I had LOST 5 lbs. this week! Yay! That puts me a week ahead on my weight loss!

I had a great day with my husband yesterday. I love him very much. The new house is shaping up. We got the first load moved there yesterday. It's starting to look like home!

Breakfast was light and fast. I was running late. I had 105 grams of pineapple. So about 51 calories. Around lunch time, my mom gave me a bowl of her last of the season green beans from her garden. They had been cooked with a bit of bacon and some potato. It was DELICIOUS! My husband and I stopped later at the sandwich and smoothie shop in Batesville and I had half of a turkey pannini (it was awesome) and a cup of vegetable soup. For supper, my husband grilled steaks and I had 1/2 a steak, 3/4 c. carrots, 1 cup of green beans, 1/4 c. cottage cheese (4% fat) and 1.5 Tablespoons of A1 Steak Sauce. I went to bed full and happy. Snacks - mixed nuts and an Unreal 5 Candy. Delicious day!

Exercise? No, yes... Nothing formal, but I did do quite a bit of walking. My knee is healing well!! It would be even better if this little BULLY dog would quit jumping on it while I try to type! What a hyper maniac. I guess he didn't like me being gone all day!

Well, guess I'll wrap it up for the night. Early day tomorrow. Anatomy... big old test. Wish me luck.

Peace and love,
Lisa

This is my beautiful Mama who made me those wonderful green beans!! YUM!
