I am actually in a bit of a slump scale-wise. I was traveling for a week with little exercise and iffy food. Then when I got home I felt off center for a few days. I ate at weight loss calorie level and exercised a lot but the scale actually went up 3 pounds. It is now back down to 144 but that means I have not lost anything (according the the scale) in 2 weeks. I attribute it to weather changes, travel, and just the luck of the draw. I am doing the right things with food and exercise and in time the scale with show that. Meanwhile my clothes fit better. All is well and I am certain it will continue to be well.
