Exercise DVD review - Turbo Fire (30min)

Hey as I promised I am going to tell you about the new video I did this morning. I had purchased Turbo Fire and Rev Abs a few years ago before I left my other job and thought I would try it. Well that was blah time and I turned into Jelly Judi and did not exercise. These are Beach Body products which I totally love, free plug for BB.

Well JJ is going away now and I have finally decided to break out the new stuff sort of new anyway and get to sweatin' and strainin' and all that jazz. There are options w/the turbo fire that I am in love with. my description calls it turbo fire-30 well if I knew what I was doing emoticon it would have been 30 min., but since I was "new" to class she has an optional selection. When you choose the "New to class" you get the timer that shows 32 min but she stops the video and clock before each routine and explains what the moves are and then we do them on the clock. I looked at my dvd player and it was more like 45 min that we did this and let me tell you the moves are intense and I FELT them. It was FUN!! I almost want to do that tomorrow, but alas, that will be Rev Abs, Interval Training.

There was another selection on the same dvd called Stretch 10(really 12) and so after I worked my butt to near dropping, I did the stretch and it was a really good stretch. All in all this was an awesome video. It's about time I used them. emoticon

    Glad you enjoyed your first Turbo experience! The New To Class option is really helpful when you are starting out, and I bet by the time you are doing some of the longer workouts you won't even need to use it anymore. :)

    I'm glad you liked it! I LOVE Turbo Fire and Chalene! Right now I'm doing Turbo Fire also, with some Chalean Extreme as well. TF is just so much FUN! I feel pretty strong afterwards. :)

    I hope if give you all your looking for. I have P90X vids...never have done it as a program but I do some of the videos now and then. GREAT workouts.
    I watched the video...my only complaint is... they never have anyone who is TRULY out of shape. They show people who need to lose -20-30 lbs...maybe...but nobody that is morbidly obese who TRANSFORMS. Just saying.
