I joined a challenge: 72 days until 2013. I joined it a few days late, but still think it is a great idea. I have over 2 months to make myself healthier entering the new year. I only have 3 goals right now and will add more after I have mastered these.
1) drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
2) eat at least 5 freggies/day.
3) do at least 100 minutes of cardio each week.
I put in cardio this morning, and have already had 8 glasses of water and 4 freggies.
It is a positive start
