Chilly weather has set in but oddly I'm liking it. I'm more of a "mild weather" person but I have to say walking without sweating sure is nice!! My goals have changed from exercising every day to exercising 3-4 times a week. Too much stress for me when I try to plan a week of exercising knowing full well I won't do it because: 1. I'm not that motivated. 2. Not enough hours in a day. Pretty lame excuses but for now I'm still going for the 3-4 times a week!
Signed up for a Yoga class and paid in advance for six weeks so that will motivate me to go. Decided that working out in 10-15 minute sessions is better than trying to do a full half hour or one hour which it usually ends up being. I'll try to do that 2 times a week. So those two things plus my regular walking a couple times a week should be a good program for me at the moment. When this gets boring, I'll switch it up. I'm really getting great tips from both the regular SparkPeople and the SparkCoach Programs. Little tips here and there have helped me stay with the program when I feel like quitting. Gotta keep on keeping on! (Boy, that phrase dates me!!) : )
