I ordered some new Tosca Reno books from Amazon that arrived in the mail yesterday. I've been reading, Your Best Body Now and Just the Rules. I have nearly all of Tosca's books...or maybe I do have all of them now...anyway, her books are definitely motivating and inspiring. So this morning I'm ready to set goals and take small steps to achieve them.
Goals for the day ~
No sugar
Water with every meal/snack
Walk a total of 60 minutes
Plan for tomorrow
Get 8 hours of sleep
~off to cook chicken for my cooler lunch~
