OBSC 10/23/12 - 10/24/12

1. I woke up at 10 pm Monday and couldn't go back to sleep.

2. I laid down at 7 pm Tuesday night to go to sleep.

3. My bedtime routine consisted of lavender scented sheets and time-released melatonin.

4. The last thing I ate was a potted meat sandwich at 6 pm.

5. I did 46 minutes of cardio at 6:15 am, 7 minutes strength training at 8 am, and 20 minutes yoga at 8:30 am.

6. No alcohol.

7. I had 4 cups of coffee at 10 pm Monday night and 2 cups at 1 pm.

8. I took my meds at 12 am, 9 am, and 6 pm.

9. NO naps.

10. I had no stressors, none expected tomorrow.

11. I had strong hunger (3/4). I overate by 72 calories (1622). I normally average 1200, so I really overate by a lot.

12. I felt wide awake all day (4/4).

13. I was calm (1/4).

1. It took me 5 minutes to go to sleep.

2. I slept through the night.

3. I got 9 hours of sleep!

    I'm guessing the 9 hours was to make up for not getting enough sleep the night before.

You do seem to fall asleep pretty quickly whereas I seem to drift in and out of sleep for a while before staying asleep.
