It's been awhile since I've sat down to write a blog and I must say on this decent morning in OCtober I'm feeling proud of myself. THere have been several days when I didn't workout or eat right, but i must acknowledge the many days I pushed myself to do better, workout a little longer and make a better eating choice. THe one thing I've learned and cherish the most since I've began this long weightloss journey is success comes with commitment and dedication and I've learned to find foods and exercises I don't mind doing to help me stay committed. I'm not where I want to be yet but I have a very good feeling that I'm in it for the long haul :)
