Well I have to say I have been struggling to keep my goals I set for myself at the beginning of the challenge.
I haven't been doing as much cardio or strength training as I'd like.
I've been pretty busy with work, and my son's football. It will get easier, football is about done, that means more time for me to get things done!
I have been taking lunch to work. It's nice to eat what I packed and of course save some money.
I have started a new me, I have decided to stop eating bread, pasta and tortilla's.
I haven't had any sweets for a week, I'm very proud of myself. I get that craving to grab a candy bar, instead I lean towards a piece of fruit.
My Goals for the next 6 weeks of the BLC20 :
I'd like to weigh 150 at the end of the challenge. Reward: Spa day!
Track my food intake
Strength Training x3 a week
Cardio workouts/walking I want to reach 400 min a week!
No sweets limit only on special occasion if that.
Continue with no bread, pasta or tortilla's.
Up my water intake.
My main goal is to be healthy and set a good example for my kids.
I can make this change, a new lifestyle!
