Tonight I went on a 7.2 mile bike ride around the neighborhood. It was awesome! It felt so good to just be able to ride and want to keep going. I have this feeling that cycling will be part of my weight loss success.

    Whatever you find that works, work it! Biking is a great way to work off the weight while having a really good time. Keep it up and you will see the results in no time!
