So far so good! Ive lost 28 lbs and have really been enjoying my jogging class!! On days I dont run I feel like Im missing out on something. I went to swim laps the other day and realized how much I enjoyed that too. So Ive decided to jog for 3 days, swim laps for 2 days, and do my dumbbells at home for 3 days.
So far Ive been able to stay motivated. Each time I run or lift weights it makes me feel stronger and I love that feeling! Been trying to buy a new vegetable each week or so and find a new recipe to try out to keep things new. Would be nice if others in my house would share my enthusiasm over new recipes but...more for me! :D They do support me and congratulate me on my little successes along the way so I wont complain.
I cant wait, in November I run my first 5K! I already run that distance in my jogging class, but something about being in an actual 5K is very exciting and motivating! If i can remember (im not much of a blogger) Ill try to write how it goes!
