Pizza Slip Up

Well last night I planned this great meal for James and I. I made low fat baked macaroni and cheese and low fat jalapeño poppers. I got the recipes off of spark people recipes. I've always loved spark people recipes and never have had a problem with them before but the mac and cheese was very bland. Next time I'll give it much more spice! But the horrific issue was I had a dumb moment and itched my lip with jalapeño juice on my hand then tried to wipe it away.... wellllll that was a disaster. My whole mouth area started burning terribly! Then I used practically all of my milk to ease the pain. I was in so much pain that James ended up finishing making them and then they came out badly so we didn't even eat them. So we ordered pizza, cheese sticks, and cinnamon sticks. I only had 2 small pieces of pizza and two cinnamon sticks but it made me feel very guilty. And in the morning I was a pound heavier and I felt really discouraged. I still went to the gym and I have been eating good all day. But I should not have given in to the pizza! :( Whoops! emoticon
