Ran/Walked 2.8 miles!

So today I decided NOT to go to zumba class but instead went for a run/jog/walk. I really don't know what the difference between jogging and running is. I guess one is just faster than the other right? Well I guess I could be considered somewhere in between. Beats me....

But anyway, I did have to stop a few times to catch my breath! I ran with my water bottle. I bought this neat little water bottle that I can run with without it feeling too bulky in my hands. I also ran with my phone so I could listen to music AND keep track of how many miles I was doing. How fast I was going, how many calories I burned, etc.

I burned around 310 calories in about 40 minutes. And ran 2.8 miles.

I HATE running on the treadmill. I like going to the gym for the classes but would much rather run outside!!!

Along the way I was greeted by a sweet black kitty cat!!!! What a friendly kitty! Along the way I also saw a caterpillar and a really horrible looking spider. Bleh! I just love seeing what I see when I go out. I NEED to do this more often!!!!! It's suppose to snow and be cold soon. But I'll do what I can when I can I suppose!!! I Should have started earlier! I don't know what was keeping me really. Hmm.....

Well better late than never right?? :-)
