I need to get back on track.

Lately I have not been eating AS healthy, and I have been slipping up a bit more. I also have not been exercising much at all aside from walking at work. I am sooo disappointed in myself. Time to toughen up and get back on track! Going to the YMCA today, gonna do quite a bit. Oh, also, my plans are to start running. I want to train to see if I would ever stand a chance in the Run for your lives 5k race. It looks like soooo much fun! There is one near me next year, and I wanna go.     I hope you are able to get back ino calorie range! I find that to lose I have to be in calorie range and then the exercise I do above and beyond this is extra. I used to work out a lot, but I would eat more so I just became a stronger version of my fat self. Now that the focus is on the calorie range, the weight is sloooooowly coming off.

You can do it!

    I am working on getting back on track. I always have a struggle when the days get shorter.
