Midway Through BLC20

Here we are halfway through and it's time to look at where I am!
I completed my 5K Walk on Saturday. When I started Spark, it was my goal to be able to walk 3 miles without stopping and I finally did it!
That being said, I have had to cut back on my daily exercise time for two reasons. The first one is that my knee started acting up so I backed off the exercising and it really helped. The second is that my dh (who is disabled) requires more daily care so I just don't have the time. 60-90 minutes 6 days a week is doable for me.
This has been a good BLC for me to help me stay focused and maintain my weight loss. Thank you all for being here, especially the Panthers!
