I just took a look at my BL goals again. As I sit here looking at my chart, the first 3 1/2 weeks looks great. I did what i was suppose to do. How is it we are 6 weeks into this? I knew I went on vacation for a week, but what about the other two weeks? Where did they go? Looking at it, I now realize how quickly time goes by.
The week before vacation my mind had already left. that's why only 3 1/2 weeks of tracking. That last half week I was TOTALLY off course. I had an almost 10 lb gain that week, THEN left for vacation. Now I've been home for almost a week (the other missing week) and am SSSLLLLOOOWWWWLLYY working on getting back on track. What I've NOT done is use my chart. I've NOT tracked my food in advance, so I end up over almost daily. I've NOT committed myself to my fitness plan. Heck, I think it's been almost 3 weeks since I've been to the gym. I've NOT been reading my motivational books, or putting up my cards. So there is a VERY big list of what I've NOT been doing. It's now time to make a list of what I WILL do for the next 6 weeks. I'm taking that Restart. :)
Fitness: Goal 80%
1. 400 fitness minutes a week with a minimum of 30 minutes a day, 6 days a week
(down from 500 minutes and workouts 7 days a week)
2. Burn 3000 calories a week
(down from 4000)
Nutrition: Goal 80%
2. TWO seven day streaks eating within calorie range in next 6 weeks
(down from two a month)
3. daily calorie deficit of 1000 six days a week.
(down from 7000 a week)
Motivation: Goal 80%
1.read motivational/self help book 4x week
(down from 1 book a month)
2. read SP motivational stories 1X each week
(down from 3)
3. Post index cards around house with inspirational quotes. Min 3 new cards a week.
The HOW TO is pretty much going to be the same. The HOW TO goals will also be a bit lower since my goals are lower. What I'm going to add in is a weight goal. I normally only weight in on Wednesdays, but since I was up over 10 lbs last week, I've been stressing a bit about my weight,( which could be why I've not been focused on what I should be doing) and took a peek yesterday. It must have been mostly water weight, because I am back down to my pre-vacation weight of 218. So a very realistic goal for me is to be in the Two 0 somethings by the end of BL. 9 lbs in 6 weeks, I CAN do that.
So time to get walking. :)
