11 Days till Marathon!!!

BLERGH! I'm tapering and I'm full of taper madness! I need to go run now.

Just wanted to check in!

I've been eating everything in sight, and I need help. :P I'm going to write down everything I eat from here on out until Vegas and there I will be super careful with food until the race to make sure I don't have any problems on race day. EEK!

    Almost there--- just hang on. They call it "madness" for a reason- it affects some more than others and I've been eating too much of the wrong types of food myself lately- needs to stop!
