Thank you...

Thanks for the anniversary wishes, everyone. :)

We aren't doing anything tonight, because one kid has band practice and another one has brownies and another one has a violin lesson, and because we're broke. :/ But when Dan gets paid on Friday, we will try to scrape enough together to have lunch at a new Mediterranean place that just opened up here last month. I'm very fortunate that Dan is such an adventurous eater! Actually, he is more adventurous than I am, but over the years he has opened my mind up to try new things. There are a lot of neat places to eat in this area: Indian, Moroccan, Thai, everything in between, and now, Mediterranean too. When you go outside your comfort zone, you also find healthy choices that you wouldn't have if you were just in a national chain.

I didn't make my run this morning because we've had some storms coming through, and I was up during the night finishing a paper that's due today! But this evening when I'm done carting kids around, it will be dark enough outside that I will manage a run then. For now though, I'm riding my bike to school and that's always good for about 30 minutes of cardio. Have a great day. :)

My hubby isn't so adventurous with food, although he has expanded his taste buds a little since we married. I explore either at home or with the girls sometimes. Enjoy your anniversary lunch and congrats!
