Does frustration come in mini fun sized packs to?

OK, so back in august I posted a blog about how I'd finally removed my head from my rear and gotten back on track, or at least the realization that I needed to get back on track. And you know, I did! My tracking has been on, I'm eating the right things (I even broke down my daily food intake into 6 mini meals), I'm sweating like crazy... but the scale is not budging. I WANT TO SCREAM. (wow, that wasn't supposed to be in CAPS, but that works...)

There are a few non-scale victories that I'm trying to keep in mind, the way clothes fit, my headaches calming down, etc but that scale is not budging. -ACK-

So I happened to stumble across an awesome sale on the bodybugg (regular price 250$ I got it for 99$. Sale ends the 31st!) and I got one each for the fiance and I ( ah, crow, did I mention I got engaged? it really has been a busy summer....)

Hoping this will help me figure out exactly what's going on inside so I can know why this is stalling SO BADLY.

ack, time to be a grown-up and get ready for work. boo.

    Are you sweating like crazy doing the same workouts over and over? Are you cross-training? I found that if I didn't change it up, then the weight didn't go, even if I was doing a lot of work! If you're more cardio-focused, you might want to add in some strength-activities.

Currently I'm maintaining, but I dance, rock climb, and am learning how to run (balance :) )

Luck! Hopefully the bodybugg will help identify what needs to change!

Next, where did you order your Bodybugg? I've been wanting one, but couldn't justify the $250 pricetag. Can you PM me a link?

Lastly (and most importantly), I feel your S.S.S. (Stuck Scale Syndrome!) pain. I hit my previous Capable, Confident Adult weight a few months ago and immediately plateaued, number-wise. (Not that I weigh myself more often than every month or two, but I have checked since then.) I know I've built significant muscle over the last 10 weeks, and that the only body part I measure (calves) is down an inch, but it's still frustrating. What are your NSVs? Maybe telling someone about them will help you feel like you've made more progress!
