It is so nice to be back at Spark tracking nutrition and fitness. Although, with the fitbit I don't add my cardio in. Just let the fitbit do it and I love that.
I am seriously tired of waking up so many times all night long. Really think I am going to have to take the melatonin on a regular basis. Last night I was awake 12 times. I don't sleep long to begin with so it is really annoying.
Don't know what else to try.
