Okay, this was my goal before we head out travelling - my time online will be sporadic, depending on where we are. So I wanted to hit 200K points, and while I will still track my fitness and nutrition as much as possible, well, I plan to lighten up on my point tracking. Maybe not read every spark mail notice. Maybe not read all these articles, unless I need reminders and re-motivation.
Live more and spark less - that's the plan!
