My goals are still pretty much the same, to continue on the path that I am on. I have met my goal weight for this round already. I gained a few pounds over the BLC break and I just wanted to get those back off and I have done just that. My workout plan is still pretty much the same with the exception of switching my cardio up.
Sunday - Rest Day (Football Season) Unless I need to do activities for BLC 20
Monday Upper body
Thursday Upper Body
Sunday - Rest Day
Monday Treadmill/Elliptical/Bike one of these for 45 minutes
Tuesday Turbo Kick
Wednesday Step Class
Thursday Cardio Dance
Friday Treadmill/Elliptical/Bike one of these for 45 minutes
Saturday Step and Yoga (alternate days)
I have done good with my diet plan and have added more veggies into my diet.
