Half Way Mark - Speed & Agility. I know that I'm doing better because this workout was harder yet again. There were a few times I had to stop because my heart rate went way high. I can see that my speed is increasing, but I'm still not all that coordinated. I am doing better (and not getting caught in the ladder at all), but I'm no Shaun T.!!! Ha, ha!
I ended up doing Relief after the workout. I really like to stretch after working out so hard. I think I'm going to do Relief every day because it's such a great feeling!
