Day 28...

Good thing number one.... Alfie came home! Yay. Monday is my favorite day of the week, usually, but I sure do love it when he comes home. I missed him really bad this time, so I was extra happy to see him.

I felt really horrible yesterday! I don't know what was wrong with me. I was weak and tired and slept almost all day. I slept until about 10 in the morning and then I got up and made breakfast (cinnamon roll pancakes) for the kids. I had milk and half a banana. I just didn't feel like eating (that's when you know I'm sick!) I didn't even feel like fixing lunch. After breakfast, I laid on the couch visiting with the kids and watching movies with them. After the kids left, I fell asleep watching television and slept until it was time to go get Alfie from work. After I picked him up, I came home and made supper. Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes and corn. Yes. I starched the heck out of us. But it was good and I was starving by then. So I had a plateful of that. I was too lazy to put it all in the recipe calculator, so I just logged it as a Hungry Man extra helping dinner. Hahahaha! Finally, I stayed awake long enough to watch the Cincinnati/Pittsburgh game and my Steelers won. Yay!

Obviously, with all that tiredness/illness going on, not much exercise happened, but I feel okay. I didn't eat a lot either.

Weigh in tomorrow. Wish me luck!

Love and light to all,
