Butternut Squash Mac & Cheese

Saturday night I made this:
and I loved it. My boyfriend, who is pretty picky, even had seconds. SUCCESS!
I doubled the cheddar cheese, omitted the ricotta, added maybe 1/4-1/3 cup of shredded mozzarella, and just topped it with breadcrumbs (not mixed with oil). Then baked it for 15 minutes uncovered because I couldn't wait an entire hour to eat. It was yummy! I'll definitely be making it again, and I recommend it :)
