I'm back again. Goals for Week!

So I'm back again after a summer hiatus. I'm to 165 pounds and looking to lose 20 before the end of the year.
My goals for the week:
1.) Workout 3 times.
2.) Track ALL of my food Monday - Friday.
3.) Drink 8 glasses of water each day.
Yes! Better today than I was yesterday!
