Above is my eating chart categorized by time, food and calories. (No pictures :-P) So technically I ate 7 times today (unless you don't count milk as food), and 2 hours ten minutes was my longest wait, however I was out running between then so there's a method to my madness :-P
It felt really weird to eat every 1 and a half hours. But I did save half of my chicken meal so I'll eat that tomorrow. I ate above my minimum range in calories, however today was just a low day. My Spark tracker says 1,236.

I walked 1 minute, ran 5 minutes for 9 times in a row. Today there was a track meet, so I ran the football practice field. Mr Mean Face was their too. I started around 6:30, and it got dark. Like pitch black dark. I hit the track after 40 minutes because the tennis field is lit up and the track is closer to the tennis field, but I basically ran in the complete darkness for 40 minutes out of my 54. Upon hitting the track I though a big rat was following me and I kinda jolted... it was a shadow of my head so I felt better... other than the fact that I though my head was a rodent.
I completed that run a little over 4 miles in 54 minutes. 13:25 per mile. That is a little faster than my 5k time, so it's good news, but I'd really love to get that 5k under 40 minutes next week! My first interval I was at 11:30 per mile. I really thought today could be the day I got my average pace below the 13 minute mark into 12:??
I'm already a little hungry, I do believe it's the 10k training.
